Estudio de la regulación de la movilidad del espermatozoide enfocando 4 proteínas: CatSper, sNHE (intercambiador sodio/protón del espermatozoide), sAC (adenilil ciclase soluble) y canales de potacio especifico del espermatozoide (TetraKCNG y Slo3).
Interacción molecular usando proteínas fluorescentes particularmente usando la técnica de FRET(Transferencia de Energia por Resonancia)
